Plain rules for using Sellr during launch.

Launch Scope

Sellr is an early-access local marketplace for verified communities. The current product helps members create listings, browse, message, report issues, and manage basic seller activity.

Community Access

• You must use accurate account information and only join communities where you are eligible.
• Community access may rely on verified email, phone, invite code, or operator approval depending on the community.
• Badger Market is a launch community context. Sellr does not claim official university endorsement unless that is stated separately and supported.

User Responsibilities

• Create honest listings with accurate photos, pricing, condition, availability, and approximate pickup area.
• Message respectfully, show up for agreed plans, and keep private pickup details inside trusted conversations.
• Do not use Sellr for spam, harassment, scams, unsafe items, impersonation, or off-platform pressure tactics.
• Report listings, messages, or users that appear unsafe, misleading, or outside community rules.

Transactions

Sellr does not currently provide payments, escrow, shipping, delivery, buyer guarantees, seller guarantees, or dispute resolution for completed transactions. Buyers and sellers are responsible for evaluating items, coordinating pickup, and deciding how to complete a sale.

Moderation

Sellr may review reports, remove listings, limit account access, or preserve relevant records when needed for safety, abuse prevention, legal obligations, or marketplace integrity.

Account And Service Changes

Sellr may change launch features, limit access, pause communities, or update these terms as the product matures. Account deletion is currently handled through support rather than a self-serve setting.
