Community Guidelines
Use Sellr in a way that keeps local resale clear and respectful.
These guidelines keep the buyer and seller loop simple: honest listings, respectful messages, privacy-minded pickup coordination, and fast reporting when something feels off.
List Honestly
- Use real photos of the item you are selling.
- Describe the condition, included parts, size, flaws, and pickup availability clearly.
- Set a price that matches what you intend to accept or negotiate.
- Use approximate pickup areas in listings. Share exact details only in conversation when appropriate.
Message Clearly
- Keep messages tied to the listing and avoid pressure to move to unrelated channels before trust is established.
- Respond with useful details about availability, item condition, pickup timing, and whether the item is still available.
- Do not harass, impersonate, threaten, spam, or send misleading payment instructions.
Coordinate Pickup Thoughtfully
- Choose public or familiar pickup areas when possible.
- Do not share private room numbers, addresses, or sensitive personal details in a public listing.
- Update or mark listings sold when the item is no longer available.
Do Not Post Unsafe Or Misleading Items
Do not post illegal items, dangerous items, counterfeit goods, recalled products, stolen property, or listings that violate community-specific rules. If you are unsure whether something is allowed, ask support before posting.
Report Problems
Use in-app reports for listing, member, or message concerns. Use support for account access, account deletion requests, bugs, feedback, or questions that are not tied to a specific marketplace item.
Moderation
Sellr may remove listings, restrict accounts, or preserve relevant context when needed to protect the marketplace, respond to reports, or enforce community rules.
